Cancellation Policy

You may modify your order within 24 hours of placement, prior to receiving the tracking number, which signifies that your package has been dispatched. To request changes, please contact us at secretmagic.tech. Refunds, if applicable, will typically be credited to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.

Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as when received, including their original packaging. The following items are non-returnable:

  2. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. You can reach out to us at support@secretmagic.tech.

Shipping

To return your product, please email us at support@secretmagic.tech. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These costs are non-refundable.

The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
